Pause your day twice a week. Learn how to focus on your breath as you watch thoughts pass you by, and train yourself to let go of mental states that don’t serve you. In this workshop, we will be covering some basic focusing and breathing techniques for meditation and sharing our experiences and progress with one another during the second half of the class. The goal of the course is to give participants a space to renew themselves and a toolkit to start practicing mental hygiene.
